TERMS OF WHOLESALE PURCHASE

PURCHASING CONDITIONS

1. The minimum quantity of ordering shoes wholesale starts from 6 pairs per model in one colour and in standard sizes, you can also order in addition the desired sizes.

2.  The return or exchange of previously purchased goods cannot be made, because the flexible terms of our deliveries allow you to minimize your remains by the end of the season.

CHECKOUT

I.  The required articles of women's shoes can be selected in the presented presentation and sent as an order with the "Article - Number" to us by e-mail: duetbyme@gmail.com

II. Orders are agreed with the Customer for each item and delivery deadlines provided. After approval, the Customer provides copies of documents for the preparation of the contract and receives an invoice for the full amount of the order.

III. The wholesale buyer pays a partial prepayment (from 50% of order, depending on the amount of the order) or full prepayment of the invoice.

IV. IV. Within 15-30 business days from the moment the funds are credited to the duetbyme account, shoes according to the application are manufactured at the factory

V. The Buyer selects a shipping company. If you have 100% prepayment of the order, we organise the delivery of for shipment of shoes to the representative office of the selected transport company within the city. Transportation costs are paid by the Customer.

We are not responsible for the integrity of the goods after their transfer to the transport company.
